Q– Without a showroom, how do I decide on the products I’m interested in?
A– You have a few options here. As with any large purchase, we’d expect you to shop around. Whether you price-shop at another Whirlpool dealer, use the convenient link at the bottom of this page, or use our in-store catalogs, once you’ve settled on the model numbers you’re interested in, give us an opportunity to provide you with pricing.
Q– What if my appliance needs service?
A– Just as with any other Whirlpool retail partner, you have access to a vast array of Whirlpool authorized service providers.
Q– Can you help with installation of my new appliance(s)?
A- We offer a flat fee-based installation service in the markets local to our Hendersonville and Donelson locations (Davidson and Sumner County). If you are interested in installation, please mention this when inquiring about pricing and delivery. If you live outside these areas, we’ll be glad to help you find a local installer.
